Run the Effusion Binary with 'java -jar effusion-<version>.jar'

In the preferences tab fill out:

	'nickname'
	'download folder'
	'shared folder'
	Select auto-indexing of the shared folder

Apply Settings (may need to be pressed twice for settings to persist between uses)

Store some torrent files in your shared folder, and restart to see how auto-indexing works 
		(peek in 'Torrents Shared' pane)

Use another irc client to send yourself a *.torrent file
Switch to 'Torrents Shared' pane where you should see a button with full 
		path to your new torrent file on it, eg c:\download\shared\blah.torrent

Note how you can send this to other users, userlist populated from all channels you are a member of.
Also note the launch button, this runs the embedded bittorrent - currently Snark
